Director of Design Technology, Mirian Ynocensio came and visited our school on September 6. Being born and raised in the big apple, New York City, she ultimately graduated from NYU. Mirian has worked with many companies in design thinking including Travelocity, American Airlines, Oracle and many others. Mirian is also the President for Advocates for Women in Technology. She currently works for AT&T as the Director of Design Thinking. She works in design thinking which is a framework in which crosses discipline teams to collaborate, alongside with customers to create a co-owned solution. One of her past projects was working on the kiosk at American Airlines. If you are interested in pursuing a career in this field I would highly recommend contacting her.
